The changes included
Transfer of Aircraft to BA (A319, A320, A321) for operations in LHR T1, T3, Mid Haul T5 and at LGW.
Transfer of engineering hangar at LHR to BA with rebranding
Transfer of routes to british airways with new BA procedures and systems in dozens of new countries
New BA operations in T1 and terminal rebranding
TUPE of bmi staff to BA (with significant numbers of Crew)
Commercial transfer of customer bookings, and re-enrolment of customers in executive club
Contractual property and supplier contract changes
Exit and Closure activity
Transitional period with the Exit of A330 and 737 fleet following the unfortuante closure of bmibaby

My Role in this programme
